1. Scope

This Policy applies to personal information processed through our Services, including account creation, onboarding, posting and advertising workflows, email communications, billing, and administrative features.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Account information: name, email address, password (for email/password sign-up), and account identifiers.
  • Profile and onboarding information: phone number, mailing/business address, company name, real estate license information, market region and content preferences.
  • Content you submit: post/ad text, subject lines, attachments, images, and related metadata.
  • Communications: messages, support requests, and inbound email content sent to our intake addresses.
  • Billing-related information: billing profile details and payment method setup information needed to enable billing features.
  • Legal acceptance records: timestamps and versions of accepted terms/privacy agreements.

2.2 Information from Third Parties

  • Google sign-in data when you choose Google authentication (for example, basic account profile data such as name/email associated with your Google account).
  • Payment and billing event data from Stripe (we do not store full payment card numbers).

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • Basic technical and usage data such as timestamps, request metadata, and service event logs needed for reliability, fraud prevention, and operations.
  • Email engagement events (for applicable campaigns/features), such as whether an email was opened and whether tracked links were clicked.

2.4 Sensitive Personal Information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics (for example, racial/ethnic origin, health information, biometric identifiers, or similar special categories) through normal use of our Services.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
  • Create and manage user accounts and authentication sessions.
  • Deliver marketplace and posting functionality, including onboarding and profile management.
  • Process billing setup and payment-related operations through Stripe.

4. AI Features and Content Moderation

We use AI-powered moderation tools to evaluate certain submitted content (including text and, where applicable, related media context) for policy and quality checks.

  • AI provider category: Google Cloud AI services.
  • Purpose: content moderation and safety/compliance review workflows.
  • Effect: content may be approved, returned for edits, or routed for additional review according to moderation outcomes.

5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and browser storage technologies to support product functionality and user experience.

  • Cookies: for example, UI state preferences (such as sidebar state).
  • Session/local storage: for onboarding flow continuity, temporary auth/onboarding state, and related client-side workflow support.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect functionality.

6. Email Delivery and Engagement Tracking

For certain outbound email flows, we use tracking technologies such as open pixels and tracked links to understand delivery and engagement.

  • Tracked events may include email sent, opened, and link clicked events.
  • These events are used for reporting, analytics, and product/marketing effectiveness.
  • You can adjust applicable communication preferences in your account where available.

7. When and With Whom We Share Information

We share personal information with service providers that process information on our behalf to operate the Services. These may include:

  • Google (including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Google Maps services, and Google Cloud AI services).
  • Stripe (billing and payment infrastructure).
  • Amazon Web Services (including email and infrastructure services).
  • Cloudflare (security, CDN, and cache/performance infrastructure).
  • Crashlytics (website performance monitoring and diagnostics).

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights/safety, during audits/investigations, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale.

8. Sale/Sharing for Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising in the ordinary operation of our Services.

9. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention periods vary by data type. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where feasible.
